ALLEN PARISH
LOUISIANA, usa
AGI Exploration LLC is partnering with Mertz Energy to drill an in-field development well named Woodbrook 36-2, which is located in Reeves Field, Allen Parish, Louisiana. The well will be spudded in May 2018 in a dry-land reaching a total depth of 10,500’.
Woodbrook 36-2 will test a primary target with 185 MBO in Cockfield ‘Blue’ Sand at 10,350’, and a secondary target in the Red and Green Sands with 60 MBO each interval.
As oil and gas consultants, we foresee an underdeveloped oil field showing low rates of declination inferring a much larger reservoir (150-214 MBO).

COLOMBIAN BASIN
COLOMBIA OFFSHORE
3D seismic composition based on 2D seismic lines along the the Colombian basin and northern Colombia showing major tectonic elements. At AGI Exploration, we believe in the great potential for world-class discoveries in this vast area of the offshore northern Colombia, also known as the Colombia Basin.
We provide technical knowledge in 2D and 3D seismic interpretation, well data analysis, paleogeographic reconstructions, identification of direct hydrocarbon indicators and basin analysis.
Our knowledge in regional tectonics, gravity and magnetic modeling, and crustal configuration has allowed us to constrain a unique basin model for hydrocarbon generation in the area.

NICARAGUAN RISE
western CARIBBEAN sea
The geoscientists at AGI Exploration have a wide regional understanding and deep knowledge on both surface and subsurface geology of the Nicaraguan Rise, specifically in Nicaragua, Jamaica and Honduras.
Our expertise include 2D and 3D seismic interpretation, well data analysis, mapping, sequence stratigraphy, seismic stratigraphy, and identification of prospects based on structural and stratigraphic traps such as reefs, which are common in this part of the world.
Our knowledge also extends to regional tectonic models, gravity and magnetic modeling, and detailed-to-large-scale paleogeographic reconstructions in order to estimate of the occurrence of petroleum system elements in this fairly underexplored area of the Caribbean.

LLANOS BASIN
COLOMBIA onshore
AGI Exploration has extensive experience in the evaluation of subsurface data for prospect generation, maturation and reserves evaluation in the prolific Llanos Basin in onshore eastern Colombia.
Our expertise include 2D and 3D seismic interpretation, well data analysis, high resolution mapping, sequence stratigraphy and reservoir characterization, combined with the use of geophysical tools like attribute analysis and detailed seismic characterization as ideal complements to our interpretations.
The company has also provided advisory to many local, independent and international companies -either new or well-established entities- in the process of block bidding, data acquisition, data interpretation, prospect and reserve evaluation, well drilling locations, and up to the final stage of production.
